Having regard to the priority of staff selection in every economic activity, we are doing our utmost to thorough verify skills and competence of future workers.

We maintain our own candidates database and consider the recruitment a continous process. We focus on recruiting the best applicants and conducting a diligent selection. We are assessing candidate’s suitabilty for particular vacancy by evaluating one’s competence and qualification, taking account of particular firm expectations.

In order to systematically extend our database of candidates, we maintain continous and temporary recruitment, depending on current needs and evolving labour market, as well as mass recruitments.

Mass recruitments are multiple-step recruitment projects aimed at hiring many specialised proffesionals in the shortest possible time. We are usually mass recruiting for producers, service providers and industrial concerns. This project allows simultaneous recruitment from several to several tens of people for a certain job.
